    Plug-In Conflict Resolution

    Your Magento Interface subscription includes two free hours of consulting time to resolve any Magento plug-in conflicts at the time of set-up. After that, we will identify any remaining plug-in conflicts and let you resolve them, or we can help you at $75/hr.


    Your subscription includes two free hours of configuration/training. After that you can either purchase remote training directly from MicroBiz at $75/hr from our Online Store or arrange for onsite training with one of the certified VARs listed in our Partner Directory.

    Data Imports

    Free: You can use our import tools for free to import data in our standard export/import format.
    Simple: For help with basic imports with clean data submitted in our format, we charge a flat rate of $200.
    Complex: For complex imports with multiple files or inconsistent or missing data, we sell four hour blocks of consulting time for $300/block.

    A. When you're ready to convert your free account to a paid account, simply come back to this page and press the "Subscribe Now" button above.

    Q. Is there any requirement to sign a long-term contract?

    A. No, you can use the trial version of MicroBiz without any commitment. If you choose to convert your account to a paid plan, you simply start making monthly payments. There is no commitment and no long-term contract for monthly plans. You can cancel at any time.
